The rates for Beaverbrook Cottage quoted are for occupancy of one to four guests per night.
There is a $ 35.00 surcharge for each additional guest.
There is no charge for children under 12 years of age.

Terms: A fifty percent deposit is required with reservations.
Remainder upon arrival plus a $150 security deposit that will be returned upon inspection after checkout.
